Our soaps, shampoo and hair conditioners are produced under Roses and Office's AFE by Anvisa Permission, all registered in this important Brazilian Health Agency, proved safe as well. We are specialist in our smell based on mixture of natural flowers and tropical fruits essences.

The merchandize will be posted by specialized Freight Forwarder Company by Air or Sea way shipment in Foreign Trade Standard procedures, or by Sea, once Roses and Offices works together the choose Trading Company. The original quality certifications will be shipped along to the cargo, in the same shipment. The Customer needs to inform us his Customs Destination Requirement Special Documents necessity list, before ETD. So, before the ETD, It will be provided and shipped along to the cargo in Portuguese Language. If it was necessary to be followed with certified translation documents, Roses and Offices can support you, taxing the Additional costs in Invoice, and we do the work over Brazil Official Agencies. After ETD, required documents shall be shipped in EXW Incoterm, by Customer DHL account number. We will need to know the customer Courier account number and to receive an e-mail confirming the Costumer permission. Payment Terms: 100% in Advanced. Invoice Total Amount shall cover the sum of prices: FCA price, Insurance, Freight and Additional Handling Costs.

The return of the goods without damages, works under the Customer responsibility, which will need to pay all the tax and bill in a total cost of reverse logistics. And even the cargo was correctly delivered at Roses and Offices Company, the paid value reimbursement will be done only after the cargo reception in a condition of new products, without any kind of use, damage ou others. If the damage was occured because of Logistics handling, it will need to be checked by Insurance Company, once all Roses and Offices shipments occur just covered by Insurance contratc. In case of it, the reimbursement shall be done by Insurance Company.
